Pre-fried tortillas in Olive oil dipped in Chef Olga's Mole sauce, served with fresh cheese, sesame seeds and micro-cilantro. Your choice of chicken or vegetarian. (V,G) 

Guacamole

Organic avocados smashed into perfection, served with pico de gallo and homemade chips. (V,G) 

Empanadas Rellenas

Three plantain and masa turnovers filled with your choice, chicken, shrimp or cheese. Served with black beans and serrano pepper sauce. (V)

Cochinita Pibil

Slow pork dish; it's marination involves a lot of citrus juices and anatto seed. ( condiment paste from mexico) served with a side of jasmine rice, black beans and escabeche. (G) 

Mole Mama Cata

Chef Olga's unique Mole sauce made with over 20 ingredients recipe was passed down from her mother Catalina. Your choice of Chicken -Duck-  (G)

Carne Asada

Grilled Angus- beef served with vegetables, borracho beans, and rice. (G)

Seafood combination involves jalapeños, mussels, clams, octopus, and shrimp. Cooked with Brandy and house chardonnay.

Huachinango ala Veracruzana

6 OZ. filet of gulf snapper sautee and complemented by stew onions, capers, olives, tomato, jalapeños, carrots and sweet chards.Served with a side of jasmine rice.

Enchiladas de Langosta

Lobster Enchiladas cooked in a secret ingredient sauce, 100% Organic. Lobster is cooked ala Mexicana served with side of jasmine rice cooked in ham and bacon, stuffed avocado with crab meat, mango and pico de gallo. 

Arroz ala Tumbada

Gulf shrimp, scallops, mussels, crab and calamari cooked in a tomato and rice stew. 

Camarones Enchipotlados

Whole gulf shrimp sauteed in chipotle sauce jasmine rice and vegetables.
